Unstoppable Code

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 19, 2026

This Policy describes how Unstoppable Domains, Inc. handles information in connection with the Service.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Unstoppable Domains, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our applications, websites, command-line tools, hosted services, and agent cloud (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: the details you provide when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers.

Usage telemetry: information about how you interact with the Service, such as feature usage, session activity, token and spend metrics, performance data, and diagnostics.

Agent content: the content you create or process through the Service, including source code, agent transcripts, plans, and pipelines. This content may be transmitted to your configured AI providers to deliver the Service.

Device and log data: technical information such as device type, operating system, application version, IP address, and log events generated when you use the Service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and prevent abuse; to provide support; to surface usage and cost reporting; and to communicate with you about the Service.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information, which does not identify you, for analytics and to improve the Service.

4. AI Providers and Third-Party Processing

The Service orchestrates AI models offered by third-party providers. When you run an agent, the relevant content is transmitted to the provider you have configured so it can generate a response. That provider’s handling of your content is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

We use service providers to host infrastructure, process payments, and support operations. These providers may process information on our behalf and are bound by obligations consistent with this Policy.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this Policy: with AI providers you configure, with service providers acting on our behalf, to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights and safety of the Company and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Certain artifacts, such as agent observability and transcript data, have configurable retention controls so you can limit how long they are kept.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, export, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the Service or by contacting us.

We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our web surface uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

10. International Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
